Pre-Sales Engineer
PACK’R NORTH AMERICA, LLC is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer.
Position Duties:
- Customer Engagement:
- Interact with potential customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Attend meetings, calls, or presentations with sales teams to engage with prospects
- Tailor technical proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and
persuasively.
- Product Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and their technical aspects.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards.
- Stay updated on product updates and industry trends. Knowledge of the automatic net weight filling and capping
Ability to interact with the engineering department and the suppliers
- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions that address customer requirements.
- Develop technical proposals and documentation. Ability to identify and solve technical challenges for customers.
Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and propose solutions.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project. Problem-solving skills to address project risks.
Experience in high-risk chemical industry segment
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, purchase, supply, production, and customer service departments (design teams headquartered in
France)
- Ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
