Pre-Sales Engineer

PACK’R NORTH AMERICA, LLC is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer.

 

Position Duties:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Interact with potential customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
  • Attend meetings, calls, or presentations with sales teams to engage with prospects
  • Tailor technical proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and

persuasively.

  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of the company’s products and their technical aspects.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on product updates and industry trends. Knowledge of the automatic net weight filling and capping

Ability to interact with the engineering department and the suppliers

  1. Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals and documentation. Ability to identify and solve technical challenges for customers.

Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and propose solutions.

  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project. Problem-solving skills to address project risks.

Experience in high-risk chemical industry segment

  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, purchase, supply, production, and customer service departments (design teams headquartered in

France)

  • Ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
